You must be 18 years or older to use Striv Bot.
Services are intended for business use only (gyms and fitness-related businesses).
By using Striv Bot, you confirm you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Striv Bot offers a 1-week risk-free trial.
After the trial, services are billed on a monthly subscription basis, plus a small percentage cut of generated results.
Payments must be made according to the billing schedule.
If payment is overdue by 7 days, Striv Bot may suspend or terminate services until payment is received.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Striv Bot, you agree to:
Use services lawfully and responsibly.
Not misuse AI (no harassment, spam, or illegal activities).
Respect intellectual property rights (yours, ours, and third parties).
Provide accurate business information when using our services.
6. Company Rights
Striv Bot may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or overdue payments.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services, with prior notice when possible.

7. Intellectual Property
Striv Bot Content: All software, AI models, code, designs, and branding remain the property of Striv Bot.
Client Content: Any business data, customer lists, or materials you provide remain your property.
AI Outputs: Content generated by Striv Bot’s AI (e.g., responses, scripts, messages) is licensed to you for business use. Striv Bot retains ownership of its underlying technology.
8. Free Trial and Usage Restrictions
During the 1-week trial, usage may be subject to restrictions (e.g., API calls, messages, or automation limits).
Paid subscriptions remove restrictions according to the chosen plan.
9. Disclaimers
Striv Bot services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee specific business results.
AI outputs may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Striv Bot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
Non-payment (over 7 days overdue)
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of AI services
You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting support.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt mediation.
If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved under the laws of Kenya.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of Striv Bot means you accept the updated Terms.
